The Overlap

I work where regulation, supply chains and software meet. I've implemented EU carbon border reporting end to end, run order operations through a scale-up, and I build the web applications and reporting tools that make that work faster.

The combination is the point. Compliance work taught me to build processes that survive scrutiny; development work means I can build the tool rather than request it.

Case · CBAM from zero

No process existed when I started. The first attempt — emailing suppliers for data — failed. What fixed it was structure: templates instead of open questions, and tracking that showed what was still outstanding. The records then held up against Finnish Customs validation.
